PLEASE KNOW YOUR CORRECT HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE BEFORE YOU ORDER A CUSTOM UNIT. NO RECONSTRUCTIONS NOR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU PROVIDE THE WRONG CAP SIZE
WHICH WIG DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR BEGINNERS?
All of our closure wigs are 100% Glueless! Closure wigs are great for beginners and easy to throw on and go!
DO YOUR WIGS COME FULLY CUSTOMIZED?
ABSOLUTELY! All wigs come pre plucked, bleach knots and customized to your liking. Wigs come as pictured and are styled exactly as pictured.
ARE YOUR WIGS MADE WITH HUMAN HAIR?
Wigs By C.Shavon uses premium Raw Hair imported from Indonesia. We also provide quality Virgin hair in select wigs. Hair Origin will be listed in each product description.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
CUSTOM WIGS: Up to 30 business days. Custom wigs are made specifically for you. Our preorder system allows you to purchase custom units.
READY TO SHIP WIGS: 1-7 Business Days. Ready to ship wigs will be posted once stocked. There is a variety of custom and premade units. These wigs are posted to our site on a specific restock date or when available.
BUNDLES: 7-10 Business days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If there are any issues with your order please contact us in a professional manner. We will be more than happy to correct any mistakes on our end. Contact us wigsbycshavon@gmail.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. ORDER CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED WITHIN 24 HRS TO AVOID CANCELLATION.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Wigs by C.Shavon assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the postal office to put in a claim for your lost or stolen package. After the package is dropped off at the post office and scanned, I am no longer responsible. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking number.
