All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges shall be given.
Custom wig orders are non-refundable under ANY circumstances. Please read Custom Wig Hair Submission Policy below. All necessary information should be correctly provided by the customer. Please verify all information given is correct before submitting. If any issues occur, please report within 7 days of the order being received for a resolution. After 7 days no issues resolutions will be proposed nor honored.
Pre-made wig orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after being shipped. All orders undergo a quality check before shipping. Any hair that has been damaged while in the customer's possession is that customer's responsibility. Please be sure to take proper care of your hair extensions for the best experience possible. Any processing of the hair is recommended to be done by a professional.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us BEFORE order placement to avoid issues. If you have already placed your order and have made a mistake, please contact us (wigsbycshavon@gmail.com) along with your order number as soon as possible to attempt to have your order cancelled. Order cancellation is not guaranteed, as orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once orders have been processed and shipped, they cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

Shipping Policy

Wigs by C.Shavon ships all orders through USPS. Tracking information will be provided via e-mail within 24 hours of shipment. Standard shipping time is 2-4 business days. Custom wigs will ship after the given construction time. Please order with consideration of all time frames. You are strongly advised to communicate via email all important dates so that everything can be done to have your order delivered in perfect timing.

Wigs by C.Shavon is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office if an issue occurs.

**If you are a local Shreveport/Bossier City area customer and would like to pick up your order, use code "Local" at checkout to remove shipping fee. You will be provided with the pickup location via e-mail.

Custom Wig Hair Submission

Brand new bundles are preferred. If you are sending previously used hair, please make sure it is in good condition, and is washed, fully dried, and neatly organized by length. Any unacceptable hair received will be returned at the customer's expense. No exceptions.

Wig Size 

Not Every One wears the same size wig. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR WIG SIZE . If not your wig will be made standard average size 22’ . If you don’t indicate your wig size I am not responsible for your wig not fitting properly. No refunds.
